Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai has strongly condemned the terrorist attack against Masoum Stanikzai the head of secretariat of the High Peace Council yesterday which had killed and injured some countrymen.
According to report a suicide bomber targeted the vehicle of Stanikzai in 5th precinct killing one person and injuring three others. However, Stanikzai escaped unhurt the attack. President Karzai in his message blamed the enemies of Afghanistan for the coward offensive and denounced it in its strongest term, saying the government and people of Afghanistan would continue the efforts for achieving durable peace in the country. The president also expressed sympathy with the family of the martyred of the incident and wished early recovery for those injured in the attack.
