Kabul (BNA) The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met the head and members of Economic Commission of the House of People here yesterday.
Head of the economic commission in the meeting briefed the chief executive officer about the problems of traders and contractors who import oil from Turkmenistan and importing poor quality oil from other countries.
In the meeting matters pertaining bureaucracy in custom houses, extracting mines, investment and creation of the environment for trust of investors were discussed.
In his remarks the chief executive officer said that the government attaches importance to economic issues and would do its best to improve economic condition of the country. He also said that the directorate for norm and standard would do its best to check importing poor quality fuels.
