Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan left Kabul for Badakhshan and expressed sympathy with affected families of landslide in Ab-Barek village, Orgo district, of that province this morning.
According to presidential press office to BNA, President Karzai visited affected people of Badakhshan who were displaced in nearby village of Ab-Barek, Orgo district and heard problems of them about the incident.
Hamid Karzai assured them that local and foreign assistances have been provided and will distribute to them.
Also President Karzai said to those who have lost shelter in natural disasters to be built houses, and to closely follow assistance for them. T.Suraya-Yarzada
