Sunday, February 22, 2015 Kabul (BNA) Prof. Ghulam Ali Ayeen, the country’s academic, political and cultural personality has passed away in US state of California. The deceased had worked as a lecturer at Kabul University for years and later on has worked as director for scientific researches’ center of the university, dean of faculty of education, ministerial advisor to governors of Kabul, Badakhshan and Herat provinces. Numerous artifacts and research, scientific, literal and social articles of Prof. Ghulam Ali Ayeen have been published, while he has left a number of scientific books behind. He was imprisoned in 1979 in the country and then migrated. He had taught at Nebraska University in US for some years.
