Jalalabad City (BNA) Two professional and dangerous bands of abduction have arrested and devastated in eastern Nangarhar province.
National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel during a special operation succeeded to detain two bands of kidnapper in Behsoud district of the province.
Jamil, Hezbullah and Bashir Ahmad the arrested abductors are accused on dozens kidnapping cases in different parts of Nangarhar province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesperson of Nangarhar governor told BNA correspondent, the kidnappers have arrested, while they were on organizing a series of abduction’ cases.
