Kabul (BNA) 18 armed Taliban were killed and 8 others wounded in the outskirts of Zabul and Ghazni provinces.
National defense ministry press office stated BNA, the ANA forces conducting a series of operations in the outskirts of Gelan district of Ghazni province, killed 10 armed Taliban and wounded 8 others with a quantity of weapons and ammunition.
Also another operation conducted by ANA forces in Shamelzai district, Zabul province, 8 insurgents killed and a quantity of weapons with 4 motorcycles was seized.
According to another report, the security officials of Herat province launched a clearing operation in Ghoryan district, Herat province, arrested 14 insurgents along with different types of weapons.
