Kabul (BNA) Messages of congratulations have been dispatched on behalf of Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Dr. Zalmai Rassoul addressed to the minister of foreign affairs of Japan congratulating him on the eve of New Year’s 2013.
He wished the New Year full of peace, and progress for the friendly people of Japan and all peaceable countries of the world.
In the message he hopes that mutually friendly relations between the people of Afghanistan and Japan further consolidate.
Dr. Zalmai Rassoul in a separate message to the foreign minister of Korea has congratulated him on the New Year’s 2013.
The message wishes the New Year full of peace, calmness and progress for the friendly people of Korea and emphasis is made on the existing mutually friendly and beneficial relations between the two nations.
