Commission Tasked To Review Terrorist Attack On Faryab Tribal Elders

Kabul (BNA) Based on articles (23th), (64th) and (75th) of Afghanistan constitution, Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum, First Vice and acting President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in a decree has tasked a commission led by legal advisor to first vice president Sayed Ahmad Sayeed with composition of members such as representatives of people in parliament Bashir Ahmad Tayenj and Mohammad Hashim Urtaq, head of heavy crimes for MoI Maj. Ghulam Sanayee, head of appellate court for Jawzjan Abdul Habib Dastagirzada, NDS representative Col. Barakatullah and deputy governor of Faryab Abdul Satar Bariz  for reviewing terrorist attack occurred in Nawroz the first day of 1394 solar year in Qaramqul district of Faryab province where five people were killed. The commission is tasked to investigate and review the issue of killing five people on Nawroz in Qaramqul district of Faryab, motivation, disruption, disrespecting to funeral ceremony of the incident’s martyred and prevention from participation of RTA’s team in the ceremony and deliver its executing report to presidential office within a week so that perpetrators of the crime be identified and punished.
