Trenkot (BNA) In Afghan Security Forces raid on Taliban strongholds in Urozgan province, eight armed oppositions were killed last night.
The insurgents were suppressed in suburb of Khas district bazaar while organizing a series of terrorist activities.
ANA senior commander in south of the country told BNA, eight armed oppositions were killed in the raid.
It is said that several strongholds of the insurgents with all war equipment have been destroyed.
Since one month the attacks of Afghan security forces on strongholds of Taliban has increased specially in Khas district.
In the attack, dozens of armed oppositions were killed and several hideouts of them were destroyed.
