Kunduz (BNA) Taliban sustained heavy casualties in operations of Afghan security forces in Faryab and Kunduz province, said Shaheen 209 army corps officials.
A source of Shaheen 209 army corps said, clearing operations of Afghan security forces launched in regions of Kunduz province, in which several regions were clean up from insurgents and seven insurgents were killed and 16 others have been injured.
According to another report, as a result of air raids on insurgents hideouts in Garzewan district, Faryab province, four insurgents were killed and eight others were wounded.
The air and ground raids will be continued there till annihilation of insurgents.
