Qatar Ready to Open Charity office to Assist Orphans, Widows and Needy People

KABUL (BNA) The ambassador of Qatar to Afghanistan Saeed bin Mubarak Al Khayareen said in a meeting with Afghan Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, that its country is interested to open Qatar’s charity office to assist better the Afghan orphans, widows, and needy people.

The Afghan Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi met with Qatar’s ambassador to Kabul Saeed bin Mubarak Al Khayareen to discuss mutual interested issues, said the Ministry in a statement.

During the meeting, the ambassador of Qatar said that its country is ready to open Qatar’s charity office in Afghanistan to assist better Afghan orphans, widows, and needy people in this dire time, according to the Ministry.

Ambassador Khayareen said they will open the Qatar office after the Afghan Foreign Ministry approval, adding that Qatar is interested to strengthen ties with Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Muttaqi hailing Qatar’s cooperation with Afghanistan assured him of complete cooperation on Qatar’s mission in Afghanistan.

He shared details about the humanitarian aid that reached Afghanistan and assured cooperation in the sector.

In this meeting, the Afghan Foreign Minister called Qatar’s cooperation unforgettable, according to the Ministry statement.
