KABUL (BNA) The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, has discussed Afghanistan’s issue in a telephone conversation with his American counterpart, Anthony Blanken, Qatar Foreign Ministry wrote on its official web page.
During the call, they discussed bilateral cooperation, relations between the two countries, the latest developments in Afghanistan and the recent escalation in the Palestinian territories.
The two sides also welcomed a cease-fire agreement between the Palestinian and Israeli sides. The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked the United States of America for its efforts that supported the regional endeavors to reach this agreement.
