
KABUL (BNA) The cabinet meeting of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) was held with the Acting Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Abdul Kabir on the chair, discussing dealing and registration of right-hand drive vehicles, Arg said in a statement.
The meeting was participated by Acting Minister of Economy Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, representatives from the Ministries of Interior, Information and Culture, Academy of Sciences and several high-ranking officials from other organs, the statement said.
In the meeting, the Transportation Affairs Commission under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economy Qari Din Mohammad Hanif has been tasked to investigate the dealing and registration of ‘right-hand vehicles’ and share the investigation results in the upcoming cabinet meeting, the statement further said.
The Economic Commission has been tasked to evaluate the demand of the Ministry of Finance over the collection of non-tax revenues through the banking service channels (APS) of Da Afghanistan Bank in exchange for three Afghani and share the evaluation result with upcoming cabinet meeting, the statement added.
Pointing to the correction of the country’s districts’ names in the database, the representatives have been tasked to check their names and share them with the next cabinet meeting.
