Kandahar (BNA) New General Counselor of India has committed that his country will assist Kandahar in education, agriculture, and construction fields. Baharat Boshan New Counselor of India in meeting with Dr. Toryalai Wisa governor of Kandahar said that his country has plan to assist Kandahar in education, agriculture fields and to familiar youths with improvement and modern technology. According to him, we want to familiar farmers of Kandahar with new methods of cultivation and agriculture fields. Governor of Kandahar discussed with New General Counselor of India on creation of agricultural university and said with creation of this university, we have considerable improvement in agriculture section to improve agriculture in this province. General Counselor of India asked local foundations to cooperate them in this filed.
