SAMANGAN (BNA) Local officials of the province say that 3 people were killed in a collision two cars in that province late on Sunday.
In the incident 3 people were killed and 4 others were injured, according to Bakhtar News Agency correspondent.
Carelessness of the drivers plus high speed blamed the main reason behind the road accidents in the country.
