Kabul (BNA) Smuggling of large packages of explosive was prevented to Kabul.
The explosive was transferred from Pakistan to Logar and was due to smuggle to the capital, fortunately discovered in Pul-e-Alam city capital of Logar province.
National Security source of Logar told BNA, around 1500kgs of explosives have been seized from the packages.
According to the report, the packages of explosive were placed in a truck under the sand.
National security of the province detained two people in the connection of the case.
Meanwhile 1500 kgs of explosives was discovered last week in Logar province.
Armed Taliban were using explosives for making land mines and suicide vests.
