Afghan Specialists Return, Refugee Ministry’s Priority, Anwari

Kabul (BNA) Dr. Jamaher Anwari Minister of Refugees and Repatriates who was speaking at the gathering marking the International Day of Migration at the ministry said that the government of Afghanistan prioritize return home of the Afghan specialists.
He added that progress in Afghanistan needs cooperation of all government and non-governmental foundations and the active participation of Afghans living outside the country who can contribute towards improving of situation in the country.
Talking with respect to creation of jobs for Afghans returned home in the past 12 years said that the Afghan government in coordination with the International Migration Organization could create jobs for 1440 Afghan specialists inside  Afghanistan.
He added that Afghan specialists were attracted in the government ministries and other government foundations, national and international organizations as well as in private sector in different provinces.
He noted that by implementing of the national displaced policy which has been approved by the Council of Ministers will pave ground for attraction of the Afghans returning home.
He stressed that the ministry has organized its efforts with other organs for delivering of necessary aid to the displaced families during the winter.
He however noted that despite the fact that donor agencies committed themselves to supply aid to the displaced in winter season, but the only Saudi Arabian organization fulfilled its pledges in this respect. The organization is expected provide winterization aid to 10,000 deserving poor displaced families in Afghanistan.
