Standing Law Committee Of Council Of Ministers Meets

Kabul (BNA) Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim First Vice-President chaired the standing laws committee of the council of ministers to discuss importance of adoption of laws and the proposals from the law making sources. 
Addressing the meeting Marshal Fahim asked the law makers to be precise in compiling the laws and added that precision in legislation removes the problems and facilitates performances of the government. 
The meeting initially heard the proposal of the law committee by the deputy minister of justice. 
This draft include amendment to the phrase 1 of the regulation governing over time of employees, the draft for amendment, addition and deletion  in some parts of the law on customs houses, the draft of law on regulating communication services and the draft of law on rights of martyrs and missing families and the draft law of the disabled. 
The participants of the meeting expressed their viewpoints on each part of the draft laws. 
The meeting at the end decided that, the amendment of phrase 1 of article 6 of law regulating overtime of the government employees is confirmed and should be referred to the council of ministers, the amendment to the law on custom houses has its shortcomings and it was decided that a commission with the participation of representatives of finance, commerce, Mohammad Ashraf Rasuli advisor minister in judicial and legal affairs, Shahede deputy minister of economy and the representative of the chambers of commerce and industries under the supervision of minister of justice review the draft and refer back to the law committee meeting. 
The meeting also confirmed the draft laws on communication services, rights of the martyrs and missing families and the disabled laws and decided that they be referred to the Council of Ministers.
