KABUL (BNA) Acting of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Minister Mullah Mohammad Yunus Akhandazada, met with the head of UNOPS, Nicholas George in Kabul.
In a meeting with the Minister of RRD, Nicholas George said currently UNOPS has conducted 76500 projects in 70 districts of 26 provinces of the country, some projects are underway and some will be started in the future.
Pointing to the decree of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate regarding the work of women in non-governmental organizations, he said that the decree has faced several challenges in their affairs.
Nicholas George asked the leadership of the Islamic Emirate to remove the said restriction.
Minister Yunus assured the delegation of all kinds of cooperation in the implementation of the projects.
Acting Minister said that every decree of the Islamic Emirate is equal to the pulse of the people he said there will be concerns.
