Taliban Rebels Killed in Kandahar Strikes

Kandahar (BNA) Eleven Taliban rebels were killed and six others have been wounded in recent air strikes of Afghan security forces in Kandahar province.
The rebels were suppressed last night and this morning in parts of Maiwand , and Shahwalikot districts.
ANA senior commander in south of the country told BNA, eleven rebels were killed and six others were injured in the strikes.
Foreign fighters of Taliban group were also among the killed and wounded.
ANA senior commander of the province said, several strongholds of the rebels with all war equipment were destroyed.
Another report says, a series of blats were prevented in Kandahar province.
Security officials discovered and confiscated five mines from busy roads of the province, and prevented from deadly event.
