Jalalabad (BNA) Seven people were lost their lives and four others have been injured in heavy flash floods in Nangarhar province in the past two days.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, women and children are among the victims of the event.
5200 Jirebs of agricultural land were completely destroyed and more than 25 livestock in that province have been wasted.
266 residential buildings have been damaged, and local provincial officials are trying to fix the number of people injured in this natural event and help them, he added.
