Afghanistan’s Constitution The Best in Region, Dr. Raheen

Kabul (BNA) The Minister of Information and Culture considered the constitution of Afghanistan the best law in the region and says that in this law democracy, freedom of speech and the activates of civil society are incorporated. 
Addressing the meeting for celebration of the constitution week Dr. Raheen added that the constitution in its official form made its debut with attaining of independence. 
He praised the intellectuals, religious figures for legalizing the affairs in Afghanistan, he also praised the constitution of the democracy decade on the basis of which the power from the Royal Family was delegated to the people and it separated the royal family from the government.
Mahbuba Huquqmal member of the commission for supervising implementation of the Constitution also spoke and said that under the present constitution efforts are made that the requirements of the contemporary era is considered. 
She also talked on the need for creation of the commission for supervising its implementation.
Nabi Farahi deputy minister of information and culture explained the achievements of the government in different spheres, adding that the government became legitimate after adoption of the constitution.
Mari Nebard Ayeen head of the local news of BNA considered lack of information of the public of contents of the Constitution as a factor for its implementation and said that in a country where for thirty years the rile has ruled instead of law, the people are not aware to resolve their problems through the law and still they do not believe in law for resolving their problems.
Another speaker at this ceremony was Mawlawi Naik Mohammad member of nationwide ulama of Afghanistan and member of the commission addressing press violations.
