CHARIKAR (BNA) Local officials in Salang district announce the establishment of its first market in a century ever in that province, Parwan.
The district chief of Salang Qari Muhammad Omar Salangi told BNA correspondent that This market was opening at the request of residents.
He said that in addition to the establishment of shops, people from all corners of this district and neighboring districts will bring their products for sale, which will provide job opportunities for hundreds of people.
Formerly, the resident of the Salang district used to bring their goods and necessities from Jabal al-Sarraj market.
Salang residents were happy with the opening of the new market and called for support and expansion of the market in the future.
According to local officials, the mentioned market is the third district market about to open in the province.
