Budget Should Be Spent On Balanced Basis: Danesh

Kabul (BNA) Second vice president Sarwar Danesh in meeting with notables and elders of 13th precinct here in his office the other said admitted for budget problem bust said the budget should be spent on balanced basis.
Briefing the vice president about their problems, the elders said that work on Shahid Mazari Avenue in the last point of Dasht-e Barch district, Asking the vice president to order the municipality to complete the work for the remaining 2 km more road there. The delegation also demanded the government to construct two more roads to solve the traffic problems of Dasht-e-Barchi dwellers. After listening to their problems, the vice president said that all the problems of the Kabul city after appointing the new Mayor would be included in the plan to be solved. The second vice president, according to another report, received a delegation of elders and notables from Behsoud and Maidan districts and apprised him about their problems including the insecurity of Maidan-Bamyan road, Maidan, Ghazni, building university as well as the problems of Kuchis or nomads with the local people. The vice president promised that with the completion of the cabinet the government would respond to parts of the problems of the citizens. He also added that the government would work for improving security on priority basis.
