Kabul (BNA) 18 armed oppositions were jointed to state in Balkh province today.
Abdul Razaq caretaker of Balkh security commandment said to BNA local reporter, these persons had activities against government in Charbolak and Chamtal districts of that province were jointed to peace process along with their weapons in Mazar-i-Sharif city.
