UK Prime Minister Calls On President Karzai

Kabul (BNA) In a telephone call British Prime Minister David Cameron talked Hamid Karzai the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan this morning.
According to presidential press office to BNA, in the telephone contact both sides discussed on bilateral cooperation, the results of tripartite negotiation of Afghanistan, Pakistan and UK and signing security agreement between Afghanistan and USA.
Hamid Karzai President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan talking on Afghan-US signing security agreement said that the people of Afghanistan have confirmed the agreement and friendship with USA in Loya Jirga (Grand Assembly).
He added the people of Afghanistan want peace and security in their country for this reason; the practical and tangible starting peace process is one of our conditions for signing the security agreement.
In the telephone contact, president of the country and UK prime minister exchanged views on continuation of tripartite meeting of Afghanistan, Pakistan and UK.
At the end of the telephone contact David Cameron the UK prime minister emphasized on continuation of cooperation of his country to Afghanistan.
