KUNAR (BNA) Local officials said that 33 light guns were discovered and confiscated in the Dangam district of Kunar province by the commission responsible for collecting illicit weapons in the country’s eastern region.
Mawlavi Wahidullah Mohammadi, spokesman for 201 Khalid Bin Walid Corps, told Bakhtar News Agency, that the commission had found and seized the weapons as well as a significant amount of ammunition in the district.
It is important to note that the commission has recently gathered a number of weapons and ordinances as well.
