Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan and India have agreed to set up joint to company work on transiting of gas pipeline called ‘TAPI’.
According to BNA, Asian Development Bank has issued a deceleration saying the four countries could have equal participation in the project. An official for the bank has said, “This is considered a significant step towards extension of TAPI as pipeline.” It is worth mentioning that 33 billion cubic meter natural gas will be transited form Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and then to Pakistan and India.
