Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Quetta city as a result of which a number of Shiite people were killed and wounded, his office said yesterday.
According to the reports, as a result of a bomb explosion in Shiite residential area of Quetta city of Pakistan 47 people were killed and 200 were wounded.
President Karzai called perpetrators of these attack enemies of peace and calmness of this region, and once again emphasized on the honest cooperation of Pakistan in the struggle against terrorism.
The president conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved families of this incident.
