Kabul (BNA) Deputy of Hazb-i-Islami with his commander was killed in a police ambush in relevant areas of Baghlan Markazi district last night.
Gowhar Khan Baburi district governor of Baghlan Markazi told BNA, Eng. Zalmai deputy of Hazb-i-Islami with his commander Mohabullah were killed in ambush of National police and local police forces in Ghulam Bai region, Baghlan Markazi district of Baghlan province last night.
Baburi said, Eng. Zalmai was one of notorious commander of Hazb-i-Islami party, and called killing of him important for ensuring security and stopping destructive actions in the district.
Baburi further added, the dead bodies of the persons with two Kalashnikovs have been found by police forces.
