Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani went yesterday to house of Shakir Karkar, special envoy to President on commonwealth countries’ affairs and once again condoled the demise of his father al-Hajj Abdul Rasoul Kargar and prayed for the deceased soul.
The country’s President recalled the deceased al-Hajj Abdul Rasoul Kargar as patriotic and education-loving figure. In his turn, Shakir Kargar appreciated the country’s President for expressing condolence and sympathy with the deceased family and colleagues.
The deceased Ustad al-Hajj Abdul Rasoul Kargar, one of the country’s top figure and servant, passed away last week due to a disease he was suffering from.
