Traffic Incident Kills Thirteen Civilians

Kabul (BNA) Due to a car deviated from the road and crashed in the river as a result of which 13 civilians killed in Kunduz province the other day.
The incident occurred at 8:30 am yesterday when a vehicle passenger with high speed deviated from the road and crashed in the river in Khan Abad district of Kunduz province.
Hayatullah Amiri district governor of Khan Abad told BNA, thirteen civilians were killed and at least seven others injured.
Amiri claimed that the reasons behind the incident are carelessness of the driver, high speed and freezing on the road.
Four women and five children are including the victims of the incident.
