Kabul (BNA) The Chairman of Independent Election Commission of Russian Federative arrived Kabul today.
Abdul Rahman Hotak the Deputy of Election Independent Commission of Afghanistan said to BNA correspondent at Kabul International Airport, the aim of this Russian high ranking official visit to Afghanistan is supervising the process of election in Afghanistan and singing some MoU with Afghanistan’s independent election commission.
