Kabul (BNA) Chaired by first vice president and head of cultural, educational and social services committee Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim, the committee held its session yesterday.
According to BNA, at the outset of the session, first vice president emphasized on holding the sessions of the abovementioned committee for discussing the basic requirements of the ministries and other institutions.
He added that it is necessary, the issues after evaluation at this committee to be offered to the council of ministers.
The issues such as retirement and extension of term of services of lecturers of universities and educational institutions, payment of $1400000 loan of head of Hoechst Company from Pashtany Bank, determining of cadre rank of trainers specialist, physicians of ministry of public health and health department of ministry of interior were discussed.
The agenda which was presented by the in charges of ministries and related organization were discussed and the members of cultural educational and social services committee members expressed their views and proposals in that regard.
