Kabul (BNA) Seven armed rebels killed in a clearing operation conducted by Afghan security forces in Nangarhar province last night.
Ministry of National Defense press office said BNA, National army forces carried out a military operation to clean the areas from existence of armed rebels in relevant areas of Shirzad district, Nangahar province, in which seven insurgents were killed and five others wounded.
Some heavy and light weapons and military equipment have been seized in the operation.
