Kabul (BNA) In the last 24 hours several clearing operations launched by security forces, 27 armed gunmen killed in different parts of the country.
Ministry of Interior press office said BNA, the operations launched in Nangarhar, Laghman, Kunduz, Kandahar, Zabul, Ghazni, Paktika and Paktia provinces as a result of which 27 armed insurgents were killed, another wounded and three others arrested.
Some ammunition and explosive materials have been seized by security forces in the operations.
Also security forces discovered and neutralized 27 mines in relevant areas of Kandahar, Logar and Paktika provinces.
