Jalalabad City (BNA) Four members of Al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorist groups were arrested during a special operation conducted by Afghan security forces in eastern Nangarhar province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA, the operation was carried out in different parts of Jalalabad city the provincial capital of the province, in which 4 loyalists of Al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorist groups were detained.
The terrorists had plan to organize a series of destructive and extremist activities, which identified and arrested during the operation, Khogyani added.
According to another report, three ISIS adherents were killed by Afghan security forces in Nangarhar province.
The ISIS fighters were involved on terrorist activities in Koot district of the province.
