Kunduz (BNA) Four smugglers with 32kgs of heroin were detained in Kunduz province last night.
Colonel Abdul Baqi Nooristani police chief of Kunduz told BNA, the officials of counter narcotic office of Kunduz arrested four smugglers in Kunduz-Takhar highway which wanted to smuggle 32 kgs of Heroin by a Sarach car from Takhar to Kabul province.
