Kabul (BNA) 22 armed insurgents were killed in clearing operation carryied out by ANA troops in different parts of the country the other day.
Defense ministry press office told BNA, the ANA forces conducting cleaning operations in Faryab, Farah, Kandahar, Helmand , Parwan and Kunduz provinces killed 22 militants, wounded 16 and arrested five others along with their hand arms.
Three vehicles of the terrorists were also destroyed and quantity of heavy and light weapons, military equipment’s were seized by ANA forces in the operation.
Likewise, defense ministry confirmed from killing of 5 ANA soldiers during their security missions.
