Kabul (BNA) The officials of national security department of Kapisa province arrested a suicide bomber and four terrorists from Kapisa and Samangan provinces.
National security department press office said BNA, a suicide bomber resident of Alasai district, Kapisa province who wanted to detonate his motorcycle packed explosive in Mahmoodraqi city, center of Kapisa province, arrested by national security officials of that province.
Also, the officials of that department arrested three terrorists who were involved in destructive activities and planting of mines in two districts of Samangan province.
