Kabul (BNA) The NATO convoy targeted by a suicide attacker in Kandahar province yesterday.
According to the reports six civilians wounded in the incident.
The incident occurred at 1:00pm when a suicide attacker exploded his vehicle packed with explosive materials in front of NATO forces convoy in Miwand district yesterday.
Ghorzang Afridi spokesman of police chief of Kandahar told BNA, six resident of the area were wounded in the explosion.
Afridi confirmed that a NATO vehicle destroyed and set on fire in the incident.
He claimed there were no casualties among NATO forces, but witnesses say six NATO soldiers were killed in the explosion.
NATO forces said nothing about the event.
Jawid Faisal spokesperson of Kandahar governor confirmed injuring of six civilians in the incident.
Meanwhile, doctors in a health center in Kandahar said the health condition of three injured persons is critical.
