Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani received head of Afghanistan’s Inspector General Office here at the presidential palace yesterday, a statement said.
Inspector General Ghezal Hares briefed the president on activities in areas of anti-corruption and establishing of coordination among different organs and thanked president’s support of her-led office, the statement added.
Praising Inspector General’s works, President Ghani said transparency and fight against corruption was the Afghan government’s main priority and emphasized on further coordination among the organs.
The president instructed Inspector General to submit reports of activities to the Presidential office for efficient and better fight against corruption, the statement concluded as saying.
