Tourist Companies Union Receive License

Kabul (BNA) Union for Hajj Omra pilgrimage had recently received work permit from the country’s chamber of commerce and industries, said an official. 
Deputy Information and Culture Minister, Ghulam Nabi Farahi told the meeting held in the Safi Landmark hotel that there were many challenges in the method of the companies providing services in the areas of Pilgrimage and Tourism affairs, forcing the government to remove them from the last year Hajj service process. 
He said ministry of information and culture issue work licenses for the said companies and obverse their work process as well. He said the country had large areas of tourist sites requiring proper services to be offered by the considered eligible companies. 
Deputy Minister of Hajj and Islamic Affairs, Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Munib also spoke at the meeting as saying the aforesaid companies can play effective role in providing services in the area of Hajj and tourism through a specific address. 
Head of chambers of commerce and industries, Qurban Haqju also said at the meeting that the pilgrimage and tourist companies had been offering works separately, but they would provide services within the union for the Hajj and Tourism companies recently found work license for providing proper services for the people. 
Up to 600 companies had enjoyed membership of the union with over 1,000 people being engaged in providing services for the countrymen.
