Sar-e-Pul Province Provides Cash Assistance to Families Expelled from Pakistan

 

SAR-E-PUL (BNA) The Sar-e-Pul province has extended a helping hand to hundreds of families who were recently expelled from Pakistan.

These families, who have returned to their homes and villages in Sar-e-Pul, were in dire need of assistance, and the local authorities have responded to their plight.

Mawlavi Hamra Qul Sobhani a local official in Sar-e-pul told BNA, that based on a decree of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), financial aid has been provided to a total of 586 families who were expelled from Pakistan.

This initiative aims to alleviate the hardship these families faced upon their return.

The assistance program focused on providing immediate relief to those affected, with a particular emphasis on meeting the basic needs of the families. For each expelled member of a family from Pakistan, a total of 2,000 Afghans were provided as monetary support.

Mr.Subhani hailed the Supreme Leader of the IEA decree for supporting these families and acknowledged the importance of assisting during challenging times.

He emphasized the commitment of the provincial government to ensuring the well-being and welfare of all residents in Sar-e-Pul.
