Kabul (BNA) A delegation of students from Kabul University flanked by officials from the higher education ministry and universities called on the First Vice-President Mohammad Younus Qanooni on Tuesday.
BNA reported, in the meeting, the minister for higher education Dr. Obaidullah Obaid briefed the Vice President about the situation of the higher educational centers in the country and the achievements of the ministry over the past two years, saying the ground for getting education at the level of BA, MA and PHD in the country has been facilitated.
Dr. Obaid also noted that in accordance with the new curriculum the new textbooks have been printed for the students and teachers which is a big achievement.
The minister for higher education also briefed the Vice President about the problems of the educational centers and sought the supports for the solution.
The Vice President after listening to the problems called for the solution of all problems of the educational centers.
