Vice President’s Letter Illegal: Zabuli

Kabul (BNA) Head of complaint commission Zalmai Zabuli said yesterday that the letter of the second vice president to the president in which he complained against Senator Hadayatullah Rahae is illegal and against the constitution.
Addressing a press conference, he said Hajji Nabi Khalili the brother of second vice president had illegally grabbed 21,000 acres land in Alwan desert of Baghlan, while the land belongs to government.
Zabili also noted that the letters of defense ministry also indicates illegally occupying 443 acres land by Hajji Nabi in Scad hilltops Darul Aman in Kabul and constructed a township there.
He also said that around 1000 acres land was occupied by Hajji Nabi in Tapai Qarogh of Kabul which belonged to the ministry for agriculture.
Zabili also added that a delegation will soon visit Kandahar to investigate the Ainomina Township built by Mohmoud Karzai.
Zabili also called on president to implement the law equally to all the citizens.
