JFSF Assists Martyred Hatami’s Family

Kabul (BNA) Members of leading body of Journalists’ Financial Supporting Fund (JFSF) of Afghanistan along with deputy minister of publication affairs for information and culture ministry while participating in prayer ceremony of Zubair Hatami submitted cash assistance of the fund to the martyred family.
The journalists’ supporting fund in an urgent session has decided to provide cash assistance to those journalists in particular Zubair Hatami recently injured in incident of Istiqlal High School.
After report of Zubair Hatami’s martyrdom was released, leading body of the fund provided 50,000 afg cash assistance to the martyred family, 30,000 afg to Shekib’s family and 20,000 afg to another injured family. With cooperation of other organizations and consultation of domestic doctors, the fund is also determined to dispatch Shekib, whose ear and eye sustained injuries to outside of the country for further treatment.
It is worth mentioning that representative of people in House of People Ramazan Bashardost has submitted 30,000 afg cash assistance through the fund to martyred Zubair’s family.
Deputy Minister of publication affairs for information and culture ministry while participating in prayer ceremony of Zubair Hatami praised journalists’ supporting fund for its assistance to the martyred family, saying that supporting the journalists and media were for extension and institutionalizing of freedom of speech achieved with price of youth’s blood in this land. Simeen Hassanzada has rejected the media’s remarks over inattention of the government for treatment of martyred Zubair, saying officials and doctors of emergency hospital had spared no efforts in this regard, but they didn’t advise dispatching and treatment of Zubair outside of the country as he was seriously injured in the incident. The journalists supporting fund for MoIC is ready for any kind of cooperation, coordination and financial assistance in this regard.
