Lashkargah (BNA) Nine members of Taliban militants were killed following air attacks conducted by Afghan National Army (ANA) in southern Helmand province the other day.
The armed oppositions have been targeted by Afghan National Army air raid, while they were involved in terrorist and destructive activities in different parts of Nad Ali and Sangeen districts of Helmand province.
Ministry of National Defense in a statement confirmed the killing of nine armed rebels and wounding of two other insurgents in the air attacks.
There were no damages among civilians and Afghan security forces following the air attack.
Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) will continue their air and ground attacks on Taliban hideouts aiming to annihilate them in different parts of the country, the source added
