Kabul (BNA) A message has been dispatched on behalf of President Karzai addressed to Prince Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashed-al-Maktum deputy head of state and chairman of council of ministers and ruler of Dubai on the national day of that country.
The messages points out that please allow me to represent the people of Afghanistan in conveying my sincerest felicitations on the National Day of UAE to you and to the brother people of UAE.
We appreciate all round assistance of the UAE to Afghanistan towards ensuring of peace and reconstruction and we feel pride in our friendship with your country.
I wish you good health and wish the people of UAE prosperity and welfare.
