Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with Pakistani ambassador to Kabul, Abrar Hussain at the Sapidar Palace, his office said in a statement the other day.
According to the statement, the Pakistani ambassador while thanking CE Abdullah for receiving, reiterated official invitation of his country’s PM to Dr. Abdullah to visit Pakistan in the near future, the statement further said.
CE Abdullah thanked Pakistani PM, Mohammad Nawaz Sharif for the invitation, also promised to visit Pakistan in near future, the statement added.
Likewise, both sides exchanged views on fighting terrorism and join continued cooperation in the respect, the statement concluded.
According to another report, CE Abdullah also met Tajikistan ambassador to Kabul yesterday, during which both sides discussed variety of issue, particualry, insecurities in northern parts of the country, security and intelligence cooperation and recent political situation.
